Meet my dear friend Caroline West who tragically passed away from cancer, the week our cookbook arrived in bookstores. Caroline was an art director, photographer, and regular contributor to Vogue Living, Australia. She touched many lives through her creativity, big-hearted generosity and joie de vivre. British Columbia from Scratch, is a tangible testament to our friendship.
